Park Palisades Neighborhood Swimming Pool
The Board and Management Company wants all residents of Park Palisades to enjoy the use of the facilities that are apart of the neighborhood HOA. In order to keep the facilities maintained at a level of enjoyment, safe and cost effective for all, we ask you to please adhere to the following rules and requests.
The use of all facilities is limited from daybreak to 10:00 pm. No Exceptions.
This is a private facility for the use of the Park Palisades Homeowners
Association members and their guests. The facilities are not open to the public.
Violators will be subject to prosecution.
Do not open the pool gate for people who do not have a key. They may not be a resident or may have had their access suspended due to unpaid HOA dues.
Because of limited trash cans and areas for disposal of garbage, we ask that if you have a party or group of people, or excessive garbage, please remove or take all your garbage, soda cans, pizza boxes etc. with you and dispose of them at your home.
POOL RULES
1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. Pool hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
3. Children (younger than 14) must be accompanied by an adult (18 yrs).
4. Pool use is for residents and accompanied guests only – 4 maximum...
5. No diving allowed.
6. No running, roughhousing, or horseplay in pool area.
7. No glass of any kind in pool area.
8. No smoking in pool area or restrooms.
9. No pets in pool area or outside fence.
10. No bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades in pool area.
11. Proper pool attire must be worn in pool.
12. Radios and noise should be maintained at a low level at all times.
13. Persons with skin diseases, open sores or wounds, inflamed eyes, nasal or ear infections,
or any communicable diseases are not allowed to use pool.
14. Swim diapers/rubber pants are required for all infants and/or non-toilet trained children.
15. The Association or Management is not responsible for any accidents.
